Abaixo segue as Rulings:
Carta 1 - Genex Ally Birdman
Ruling:
- The effect of "Genex Ally Birdman" which Special Summons it from the hand is an Ignition Effect which activates.
- Returning one monster which is face-up on your side of the field to your hand is a cost to activate the effect of "Genex Ally Birdman".
- The effect which increases the ATK of "Genex Ally Birdman" by 500 is resolved as part of the same effect which Special Summons it. It does not start an additional Chain Link.
- Removing "Genex Ally Birdman" from play when it is removed from the field is resolved as part of the same effect which Special Summons it. It does not start an additional Chain Link.
- If "Battle Fader" or "Plaguespreader Zombie" was Special Summoned by its own effect, then it is removed from play when it is removed from the field. Thus, you cannot activate the effect of "Genex Ally Birdman" by returning such a monster to the hand. Also, if "Degenerate Circuit" is active, then you cannot return cards to the hand, so you cannot activate the effect of a card like "Genex Ally Birdman" or "Mist Valley Shaman".
- If you control a monster which is owned by your opponent, then you can return it to your opponent's hand to activate the effect of a card like "Genex Ally Birdman" or "Mist Valley Shaman".
- For "Genex Ally Birdman" to gain 500 ATK, the monster returned to the hand only has to be a WIND monster while on the field. Thus, if "Genex Ally Birdman" returns to the hand a WATER monster which is being treated as a WIND monster by the effect of "DNA Transplant", then the ATK of "Genex Ally Birdman" will increase.
- If you have the Trap Card "Embodiment of Apophis" being treated as a Monster Card and in your Monster Card Zone, then you can return it to the hand as a cost to activate the effect of "Genex Ally Birdman".
Carta 2 - Wind-Up Shark
Ruling:
- If after the successful Summon of "Wind-Up Magician", the effect of a "Wind-Up Shark" in the hand was activated, and it was Special Summoned, the effect of "Wind-Up Magician" can be activated. In case it is activated, it is activated after the successful Special Summon of "Wind-Up Shark".
- If a "Wind-Up" monster is Special Summoned during the Damage Step, the effect of "Wind-Up Shark" to Special Summon itself cannot be activated.
- If a "Wind-Up" monster is Normal or Special Summoned by a card effect activated as chain 2 or higher, since the timing is missed to activate that effect, the effect of "Wind-Up Shark" to Special Summon itself cannot be activated.
- When "Wind-Up Magician" is Normal Summoned, if the effect of "Wind-Up Shark" is activated and "Gozen Match" is activated in a chain, the "Gozen Match" activated as chain 2 resolves first. Then, when the effect of "Wind-Up Shark" resolves, since the effect of "Gozen Match" is being applied, as the Attribute of "Wind-Up Shark" is different from the FIRE Attribute of the "Wind-Up Magician" on the field, it cannot be Special Summoned. Therefore, the WATER Attribute "Wind-Up Shark" cannot be Special Summoned and remains in the hand. Furthermore, even in this case, since the effect of "Wind-Up Shark" was activated, the effect of the "Wind-Up Magician" on the field can be activated.
Carta 3 - Mermail Abyssteus
Ruling:
- Special Summoning this card from the hand is an Ignition Effect that activates in the hand.
- Discarding 1 WATER monster from the hand to the Graveyard is a cost to activate the effect that Special Summons this card from the hand.
- Only the "When you do: Add 1 Level 4 or lower "Mermail" monster from your Deck to your hand." effect is restricted to being used once per turn.
Ruling:
- The effect that adds 1 "Fire Fist" monster from your Deck to your hand when this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Fire Fist" monster can be activated even during the Damage Step.
- Sending 1 face-up "Fire Formation" Spell or Trap Card you control to the Graveyard is a cost to activate the effect that Sets a "Fire Formation" Spell or Trap Card from your Deck to your field.
Ruling:
- Detaching an Xyz Material is an activation cost.
- The effect targets one monster on your opponent's field. You can also select a face-down monster.
- You gain control of the monster until it is removed from the field.
- After you activate the effect of "Number 11: Big Eye", if "Number 11: Big Eye" is flipped face-down and then face-up, then you can attack with it.
- After you apply the effect of "Number 11: Big Eye", you retain control of the monster even if "Number 11: Big Eye" is removed from the field or if "Skill Drain" is activated.
- Suppose that you use the effect of "Number 11: Big Eye" to gain control of your opponent's "Shooting Star Dragon". If you activate the effect of "Shooting Star Dragon" and banish it, then during the End Phase, its effect will activate and it will Special Summon itself back to its original owner's field.
- When resolving the effect of "Number 11: Big Eye", if you cannot gain control of the targeted monster (such as if the monster is no longer on the field), then you still cannot attack with "Number 11: Big Eye".
- If "Light and Darkness Dragon" negates the activation of the effect of "Number 11: Big Eye", then you can attack with "Number 11: Big Eye" during that turn.
Ruling:
- If you activate the effect of "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier", then you must remove from play at least one card.
- You can activate the effect of "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" even if there are no cards in the Graveyard, or no cards on the field, or no cards in the hand. In this case, you can still remove from play one card from each of the places that still contain cards.
- The effect of "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" does not target.
- You choose the cards to be removed from play when resolving the effect of "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier".
- The card removed from play from the hand by the effect of "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" is chosen randomly. You do not get to check your opponent's hand when the effect resolves. However, after the effect resolves, you can check which card was removed from play.
- You can choose to have the effect of "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" only remove from play one card from one place (the field or the hand or the Graveyard).
- You can activate the effect of "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" even if you cannot remove from play cards from the Graveyard, such as if the effect of "Necrovalley" or "Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer" is active. However, if the effect of "Necrovalley" is active, then you cannot remove from play a card from the Graveyard, but you can still remove from play up to one card from each of the other two places (the hand and field). Furthermore, you still cannot remove from play a card from the Graveyard even if you choose to remove from play "Necrovalley" or "Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer".
Carta 7 - Super Rejuvenation
Ruling:
- Suppose that you already drew cards for the effect of "Super Rejuvenation", and afterwards you discard or Tribute more Dragon-Type monsters. You already drew cards for the effect of "Super Rejuvenation" during the End Phase, so you cannot apply the effect a second time to draw more cards during the same End Phase.
- If you have already applied the effect of "Super Rejuvenation" during this End Phase and then you discard cards for hand size limit, then you cannot draw more cards for "Super Rejuvenation", even if you discarded Dragon-Type monster. However, if you discard Dragon-Type monsters for hand size limit during the End Phase and it is possible for you to apply the effect of "Super Rejuvenation", then you can draw cards.
- If you draw multiple cards by the effect of "Super Rejuvenation", then you only gain 500 Life Points by the effect of "Solemn Wishes".
- If you draw multiple cards by the effect of "Super Rejuvenation", then all cards are drawn by the same effect resolution. You cannot split up the effect and draw multiple times.
- Drawing a card(s) by the effect of "Super Rejuvenation" does not start a Chain Link.
Carta 8 - Divine Wind of Mist Valley
Ruling:
- This effect starts a Chain.
- You can activate this effect during either player’s turn.
- You cannot activate this effect during the Damage Step.
- You can activate this effect if you control your opponent’s WIND monster and it is returned to his hand.
- Your opponent cannot use the effect of this card.
- You can activate this effect if a monster that was changed to WIND by "DNA Surgery" is returned to the hand.
- You cannot activate this effect when a WIND-Attribute Token would be returned to the hand.
- You can activate this effect if a WIND monster is returned to the hand to pay the cost of an effect. In that case you activate the effect after the current Chain resolves.
Carta 9 - Abyss-sphere
- Activating this card does not target. However, after activation, this card continuously targets the monster that was Special Summoned from the Deck.
- Destroying this card during the opponent's next End Phase doesn't start a chain.
- If "Abyss-sphere" is activated during the Main Phase 2 of the opponent's turn, the destruction of "Abyss-sphere" that occurs during the opponent's next End Phase will occur during the End Phase in which that "Abyss-sphere" was activated. (The same happens if "Abyss-sphere" is activated during the Draw Phase, Standby Phase, Main Phase 1 or Battle Phase of the opponent's turn) Also, if "Abyss-sphere" is activated during the End Phase of the opponent's turn, the destruction of "Abyss-sphere" that occurs during the opponent's next End Phase will occur during the End Phase of the opponent's next turn. (The activated "Abyss-sphere" is not destroyed during this End Phase).
- You can chain Quick-Play Spell Cards to the activation of your own "Abyss-sphere". Also, after the resolution of "Abyss-sphere", as long as it remains face-up, you cannot activate Spell Cards, including Quick-Play Spell Cards.
- Even if "Abyss-sphere" is already active, you can activate the effects of Spell Cards that are already face-up on field.
- Even if the effect of "Royal Decree" is being applied, during the opponent's next End Phase, "Abyss-sphere" is destroyed.

Reasoning
