YOdR se apresentando (novamente) para postar no blog enquanto der. Como minha criatividade continua grande (-sqn) vou apresentar rulings de 3 cartas aleatórias e no final vou promover um debate nos comentários sobre alguma carta. Pode ser simples demais, porém promove a interatividade do clã e o conhecimento de novas rulings (ou não).

Segue abaixo as rulings: (caso não conheça alguma carta tem no DN ou no YGOPRO u.u)

Carta 1: Gem-Knight Ruby

Ruling:

• "Gem-Knight Ruby" can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard by another card's effect, but only if it was properly Fusion Summoned before being sent to the Graveyard.
• The text "This monster can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon (from the Extra Deck) using the above cards as Fusion Material Monsters" of cards like "Gem-Knight Ruby" also prevents you from Fusion Summoning it from the Extra Deck by using a monster with an effect like that of "King of the Swamp" or "Goddess with the Third Eye" as a Fusion Material Monster.

Carta 2: Eclipse Wyvern

Ruling:

• Neither effect targets.
• The Level 7 or higher Dragon-Type monster is banished from the Deck even if this card is sent from the hand or Deck to the Graveyard.
• This effect will activate even if this card treated as a Xyz Material is detached to the Graveyard.
• If this card is Tributed for a Tribute Summon, sent to the Graveyard as a cost, or sent to the Graveyard while an effect is still resolving, the effect that banishes a Dragon-Type monster still activates.
• If this card is banished from the Graveyard during the Damage Step, its effect to add a Dragon-Type monster banished by its own effect to the hand still activates.
• If multiple copies of "Eclipse Wyvern" are banished from the Graveyard simultaneously, their effects form a chain.
• If a monster is banished by the effect of "Eclipse Wyvern", it can be Special Summoned by the effect of "Return from the Different Dimension". Also, after a monster banished by "Eclipse Wyvern" is Special Summoned back to the field, if it's banished by "Dimensional Prison", that banished monster is no longer considered to be banished by the effect of "Eclipse Wyvern", so once "Eclipse Wyvern" is banished, the monster cannot be added to the hand by its effect.
• An "Eclipse Wyvern" was sent to the Graveyard and activated its effect to banish a DARK or LIGHT level 7 or higher Dragon-Type monster from the Deck. Then, that "Eclipse Wyvern" was Special Summoned to the field from the Graveyard and was sent to the Graveyard, activating once again its effect to banish a Dragon-Type monster from the Deck. If this "Eclipse Wyvern" is banished from the Graveyard, only the second Dragon-Type monster can be added to the hand. Therefore, the first monster that was banished cannot be added to the hand.

Carta 3: Psychic Commander

Ruling:

• Paying Life Points is a cost to activate the effect. This effect targets your opponent's monster.
• You cannot activate this effect multiple times during the same Damage Step (you cannot pay 500 LP twice during a single Damage Step for a total of -1000 ATK). However, you can activate it multiple times if there are multiple battles involving Psychic-Type monsters.
• You cannot activate the effect of "Psychic Commander" or the ATK-increasing effect of a "The Winged Dragon of Ra" affected by "DNA Surgery" by instead placing a Psychic Counter on "Brain Research Lab" instead of paying Life Points. However, you can activate the effect of "The Winged Dragon of Ra" which destroys a monster by placing a Psychic Counter on "Brain Research Lab" instead of paying 1000 Life Points.

Effect unconfirmed: Once per turn, during your opponent's turn, you can activate this effect by removing 1 Xyz Material from this card. Special Summon (?) "Phantom Token" (Demon-Type/DARK/Level 3/500 ATK/500 DEF) to your  field. Also, while you control a "Phantom Token" you opponent cannot select this card as attack target. This card gains 500 ATK for each "Phantom Token" you control
